剧情：红渡开始去学校读书，交到了新朋友榊原。在围绕逃犯杉村隆展开的战斗中，假面骑士雷登场，与强敌同归于尽。这导致了巨型王者假面骑士方舟的复活。经过调查后，渡得知这些都和22年前杉村在监狱中发生的某一事件有关。渡回到了过去，遇到了掌握关键的夏树的母亲和自己的父亲音也。然而，当渡完成任务回到现代后，又卷入了出...乎意料的新的战斗……
