steam是大家很喜欢的游戏平台，玩家可以在上面购买自己喜爱的游戏，但是如果购买过游戏忽然觉得不好玩，想退款该怎么办呢？今天小编就为大家解决这个问题。
首先，这只是针对不会退款的新手而写的教程
1、例如GTA V，点击库中相应游戏-点击客服

2、看到如下界面(也可能出现下图界面)steam怎么退款，点击红框内的图示
这里我们以It's not what I excepted为例，进行退款

PS：若进行游戏2h以下，可点击I purchased this by accident成功率更高
若2h以及更多，最好点击It's not what I excepted

3、点击红框内I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款

4、Refund to Alipay为退款到支付宝
Refund to my Steam wallet为退款到Steam钱包
值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包

5、可点击以下两选项进行退款，并在Notes内描述原因
（图为楼主范本，可引用steam怎么退款，成功率目前100%）

6、点击Submit request，大功告成，在审核后2天内退款到账户中

I’m writing this letter to complain about the game Grand Theft Auto and demand a full refund.
I bought the game on 24, February, looking forward to getting a surprise. After buying this game, however, I found it awful to play---Maybe it’s not my type, maybe I am too fastidious, but I really dislike it from the bottom of my heart! It is a non-entertaining game for me that I can’t enjoy it at all! I saved 30 dollars, only to find it’s a waste of money and time!
